Jon Skarda, President

Growing up on the Gunpower River, Jon always had a love for the Chesapeake Bay. At the age of 11, Jon built his first business "Jon's Crab's". As a commercial crabber he realized hard work ethics early on. Jon has always challanged himself. With a degree in Construction Field Engineering and Computer Aided Design, Jon Skarda began his construction career with a family owned contracting company as a field superintendent and project manager. After 10 years of gaining exceptional experience and management skills, Jon founded Shore-line Construction in 1994. Jon thanks his late father James Francis Skarda Jr for his guidence and genius to help Jon become the man he is today.

Since then, Jon and wife Kim, have helped Shore-Line grow into a highly respected and well known company. Jon combines his knowledge of design and construction to create incredible results for every project. They work closely with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction on every detail.

Kim Skarda, Operations Manager

With a degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins, Kim started her career in banking. Going on to T Rowe Price, working on the Equity Trading Floor for 5 years. Shortly after marrying Jon, Kim became more involved in Shore-Line and with a growing family now (4) Connor, Nickolas, Jonathan and Macy. Kim eventually left banking and came on board with Shore-line full time, as well as maintaining her role as mom. She has been instrumental in the formation and foundation of Shore-Line Construction.

Kim is the driving force of all office operations.

Scott Bradshaw, Superintendent/Field Project Manager

Scott Bradshaw is the Superintendent and Field Project Manager at Shoreline Construction, where he ensures every project meets the esteemed Shoreline Standard. With a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Scott oversees every step of the construction process, from planning to final walkthrough. His hands-on leadership and dedication to quality craftsmanship guarantee that your home not only meets but exceeds expectations. Scott’s unwavering focus on delivering superior results reflects Shoreline Construction's promise of precision, reliability, and client satisfaction.

Jonathan Skarda, Project Manager

Jonathan Skarda, a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Finance and a minor in Enterprise Information Systems, has been immersed in Shore-Line Construction growing up in the business since a young age. Starting in the field, he developed a hands-on understanding of the industry and steadily progressed into leadership roles, growing into the current position of project manager. Jonathan’s deep-rooted experience in the company, combined with his academic expertise, has positioned him as a driving force behind modernizing operations, integrating cutting-edge technology, and propelling Shore-Line Construction into the 21st century.
