Dear Jon,
I am finally writing a long overdue letter to tell you how impressed 1 was with you, your company, and of course the construction of my home. Having to rebuild after Hurricane Isabel I was in search of a builder and saw your sign at a house in progress in Bowleys Quarters. The homeowner was very pleased as were the many references that I
called before we started. My house is extremely well constructed, especially holding up to the strong winds off the water, and the project moved in a timely fashion. Your knowledge and professionalism are superior, and you stand behind your work which has given me a level of comfort. As you remember I called you a few weeks ago to compliment you on keeping my house from being flooded. This due to your planning of ground grading and foundation planning. After hearing on the radio that Millers Island was once again under water, I found about 1 foot of water in the street with most homes sustaining some water damage. To my amazement I turned on to my street to find my driveway covered with water, as well as my shed, however my house did not get a drop, with the water stopping about 3 feet away.
